The spa in Murzasichlefor our guests only

Two quiet places to unwind: the indoor area, open every day, and the outdoor one facing the meadows and forests of Podhale. Sauna, jacuzzi, salt cave and a hydromassage hot tub after a day in the mountains.

Indoor area

The indoor spaopen every day

The heart of our spa is a small space finished in timber and stone, with soft lighting and quiet music. The right place to warm up after skiing or to wind down after a long day in the mountains.

  • Salt cave
  • Dry sauna
  • Jacuzzi
  • Cold bucket shower
  • Cold water barrel
  • Relaxation corner
Three parts of the spa

Sauna · Jacuzzi · Salt cave

Three rituals that complement each other: heat, water and salt, in a small space open only to house guests.

Part 01 · Heat

Dry sauna:hot timber and quiet

A classic Finnish dry sauna finished in pale timber, with benches on two levels and an electric heater with volcanic stones. Just right after a day on the slopes or a long trail: it warms the muscles, gets the blood moving and quiets the mind.

  • Recovery after skiing and hiking
  • A deep cleanse of the skin through sweating
  • The hot and cold ritual with the barrel and the bucket
  • Intimate, comfortable for 4 to 6 people

Part 02 · Water

Jacuzzi:warm water and hydromassage

The indoor jacuzzi is the heart of the wellness area: warm, bubbling water, soft lighting and music in the background. It loosens the neck, shoulders and lower back, and it is also simply a good place to talk in a small group.

  • Hydromassage for the neck, back and legs
  • Unwinding after a full day outdoors
  • Soft lighting and colour therapy
  • Comfortable for 4 people

Part 03 · Salt

Salt cave:a seaside microclimate under the Tatras

Walls, ceiling and floor lined with Himalayan and Kłodawa salt crystals create a microclimate close to sea air. Twenty minutes in the cave work as a natural inhalation that supports the airways, the immune system and recovery after a day in the mountains.

  • Support for the airways and for allergies
  • A boost for the immune system
  • Deep quiet and relaxation
  • The warm glow of salt, at its best in the evening

Outdoor area

The outdoor spalooking over Podhale

A timber sauna, a hydromassage hot tub and a cold water barrel, all of it surrounded by meadows and forest. Hot steam against cool mountain air, and in winter the steam drifting over a snowed in meadow.

  • Dry sauna
  • Hydromassage hot tub
  • Cold water barrel
  • Meadows and forest around

Frequently asked questions

The questions our guests ask most often

What are the spa opening hours

The indoor spa is open daily from 4 pm to 9 pm, with no time limit and no extra charge for guests. The outdoor sauna and hot tub run during the same hours but are prepared on request, so please let us know on site.

What is in the wellness area

The indoor area, built in 2024, has a salt cave, a dry sauna, a jacuzzi, a cold bucket shower, a cold water barrel and a relaxation corner. Outside there is a dry sauna, a hot tub with hydromassage and a cold water barrel.

Can people who are not staying here use the spa

No. The area is for house guests only, which is why the evenings here are genuinely quiet and you never share the sauna with a coach party.

Can children use the spa

The jacuzzi and the salt cave are safe for children under adult supervision. A dry sauna puts more strain on the body, so we do not recommend it for small children, and older ones are fine with a few minutes on the lowest bench.

Do the outdoor sauna and hot tub need to be booked

Yes, we prepare the outdoor area on request, ideally with at least a day of notice. Just tell us which evening you have in mind.

Does the outdoor area have a view of the Tatras

No, the outdoor sauna and hot tub stand in the garden facing meadows and forest. In winter, with snow around and steam rising off the water, that turns out to be the better view anyway.

A spa under the Tatras, for house guests only

Our spa in Murzasichle, opened in 2024, comprises a salt cave, a dry sauna, a jacuzzi, a cold bucket shower, a cold water barrel and a relaxation corner. Using it is included in the rate for every apartment.

Apartments with a sauna under the Tatras usually mean a shared hotel facility. Here it works differently: we sell no day passes to outside visitors, so the sauna is often empty in the evening and the jacuzzi is not shared with a tour group.

There is also an outdoor wellness area with a sauna and a hydromassage hot tub in the garden, prepared at our guests' request. In winter, with snow and frost around, it tends to be the part of the stay guests tell us about afterwards.
