General provisions
These rules set out the terms of stay at Willa Tatrzańska Luxury Apartments & SPA at Budzowa 12a in Murzasichle. The property is operated by Elżbieta Piszczór Tatrzańska Willa, Budzowa 12a, 34-531 Murzasichle, NIP 7361562125, REGON 120175873.
Making a booking means accepting these rules.
The rules apply to everyone present on the property.
The hotel day
Check in is between 4 pm and 10 pm, check out between 6 am and 11 am.
If you plan to arrive outside those hours or need to leave earlier, please call us in advance. We will do our best to accommodate it.
Please report any wish to extend the stay by 10 am on the day of departure. We will accommodate it subject to availability.
Booking and payment
A booking requires a deposit of 30 percent of the value of the stay. The deposit is not refunded if the stay is cancelled.
The remaining part of the price is settled on the day of check in.
On the day of arrival please present an identity document and fill in the registration card.

What the rate includes
- Accommodation in the chosen apartment, with bed linen and towels
- A buffet breakfast, and coffee and tea available in the dining room all day
- Access to the indoor spa between 4 pm and 9 pm
- A parking space at the property
- Free Wi-Fi across the whole property
- Use of the garden, the pavilion and the barbecue and fire area
The spa
The indoor spa is available to house guests only, daily between 4 pm and 9 pm. The outdoor sauna and the hydromassage tub are prepared on request, ideally reported at least a day ahead.
You use the area at your own risk. Please take care, especially where there are health reasons against using a sauna or a jacuzzi.
Children may be in the area only under the care of an adult.
Glass vessels and alcohol are not allowed in the spa area.
House order
- Smoking, including electronic cigarettes, is not allowed in the apartments or in the common areas
- Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am
- Parties and behaviour that disturbs other guests are not allowed in the apartments
- The number of people staying in an apartment may not exceed the number given at booking
- Visitors who are not registered may stay in the apartments until 10 pm, after arranging it with the hosts
- Please close windows and doors and switch off appliances when leaving the apartment
Pets
Fond as we are of animals, we do not accept them at the property. Please take that into account when planning your stay.
Parking and the grounds
- Each apartment comes with one free parking space
- The grounds are monitored but not fenced
- The property is not liable for theft of or damage to vehicles left on the grounds
- In winter we recommend winter tyres, and chains when snowfall is heavy
Liability
The guest is financially liable for damage caused by them or by their visitors, including damage to or destruction of the equipment of the apartment and the common areas. Please report any damage immediately.
The property is not liable for items left in the apartment or for vehicles parked on the grounds, to the extent permitted by law.
Items left behind after departure are kept and, on request, sent back at the guest's cost.
Final provisions
Our staff are happy to help in any situation. Please report remarks, faults and irregularities as soon as you notice them.
The hosts reserve the right to refuse a further stay to anyone grossly breaching these rules.
Matters not covered by these rules are governed by the provisions of the Polish Civil Code.
