When can I reach you
We answer the phone every day from 8 am to 8 pm, all week. E-mails are usually answered the same day.
How do I get to Murzasichle
It is about 10 km from Zakopane, some 15 minutes by car. From Kraków Balice airport it is about 100 km and roughly two hours. The address for your navigation is Budzowa 12a, 34-531 Murzasichle.
Is there parking at the guesthouse
Yes, free parking is right by the building and every apartment comes with a space.
When can I arrive and when do I have to leave
Check in is between 4 pm and 10 pm, check out between 6 am and 11 am. If your travel plans look different, write or call us and we will try to work it out.
Will you help me plan the stay
Yes, and gladly. We will suggest an apartment, point you to a trail that suits the weather and your group, book a table at a local inn or arrange a sleigh ride.
What happens if I cancel or change the dates
The deposit is not refundable if you cancel the stay, which follows from the nature of a deposit under article 394 of the Polish Civil Code. We try to accommodate a change of dates as far as apartment availability allows, so please contact us as early as possible. Cutting a stay short once it has begun does not entitle you to a refund for the unused nights.
Can I withdraw from the booking within 14 days
No. Under article 38 paragraph 1 point 12 of the Polish Consumer Rights Act, the right to withdraw from a distance contract does not apply to accommodation services with a specified date. The booking terms describe the cancellation rules.
How do I make a complaint
It is best to raise any issue on the spot, as soon as you notice it, because most things can then be sorted out straight away. A complaint can also be sent to willatatrzanska@gmail.com or in writing to the address of the guesthouse, stating the dates of the stay and a description of the matter. We reply within 14 days.
