About us
A house run the highland way
We are from here. Murzasichle is not an investment address to us, it is where we live and where we know enough to tell you more than the first result in a search engine.
Willa Tatrzańska is a family business. The owner is a highlander, so hospitality here is not a marketing strategy but the way she was raised. We wanted a place where a high standard comes with ordinary human warmth: no reception desk distance, no staged folklore and no crowd in the corridor.
Hence six apartments instead of thirty, a buffet breakfast and a spa open only to our guests. Each of those choices costs more than the usual route would, and each of them is why people come back.
Small, not hotel like
Six apartments is a deliberate choice. We know our guests by name and we know who is heading into the Tatras for the first time.
Hosts on site
We will match a trail to the weather, book a table at a local inn or a sleigh ride, and suggest a route that works with children.
Breakfast from nearby
A buffet built on local produce, and in season vegetables from the owner's own greenhouse.
A spa for guests only
We built the wellness area in 2024. We sell no day passes, so in the evening it is often empty.

Where exactly is Willa Tatrzańska and how far is Zakopane
The guesthouse stands in the centre of Murzasichle, at Budzowa 12a. Zakopane is about 10 km away, roughly 15 minutes by car. The Tatra trailheads in Brzeziny and Cyrhla are on the way, so in the morning you drive away from the main tourist traffic rather than into it.
Is breakfast included in the room rate
Yes, a buffet breakfast is included with every apartment. Coffee and tea are available in the dining room all day, and in season the buffet features vegetables from the owner's own greenhouse.
Is there an extra charge for the spa area
No. Access to the indoor spa with its dry sauna, jacuzzi and salt cave is included in the rate and open to all guests daily from 4 pm to 9 pm. The outdoor sauna and hot tub are prepared on request, so just let us know during your stay.
How many apartments are there and how many people do they sleep
There are six apartments. Four of them sleep up to 4 guests, Złote Turnie sleeps up to 5, and Krzesanica, the largest one, sleeps up to 6. Every apartment has a separate bedroom, a living room, a private kitchenette and its own bathroom.
Which apartments have a view of the Tatra Mountains
Three of them: Kościelec, Krzesanica and Złote Turnie. The others have a balcony overlooking the surrounding hills and the quiet part of the village.
Is there parking and does it cost extra
Parking at the guesthouse is free and every apartment comes with a space. You do not need to book it or pay anything on top.
What are the check in and check out times
Check in is between 4 pm and 10 pm, check out between 6 am and 11 am. If you are arriving later or need to leave earlier, just call us in advance.

It is a family run guesthouse with the hosts on site. The owner is a highlander, so the hospitality and the regional character of the place come from home rather than from a brochure. Six apartments instead of thirty is a deliberate choice: it leaves us time to help you plan your stay.
What is in the kitchenette
Every apartment has a private kitchenette with a hob, an oven, a large fridge freezer, a dishwasher, an electric kettle and a full set of dishes and utensils. There is also a dining table with chairs, so you can cook and eat in your own space.
Are bed linen and towels included
Yes, bed linen and towels are prepared in the apartment and included in the rate. The bathroom also has a hairdryer and basic amenities.
Do you accept pets
No. Much as we like animals, we do not accept them at the guesthouse, so please take this into account when planning your stay in Murzasichle.
How large is the deposit and how do I pay for the stay
A booking requires a deposit of 30 percent of the value of the stay, and the remaining amount is settled on the day of check in. We accept bank transfers to the account given in the booking confirmation, or online payment if you book through the system on this site.
